I wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how much your care and services have helped me. I was a bit of a skeptic when I first began Acupuncture a year ago and today, I tell everyone who will listen how much it has changed my life and my pain level associated with arthritis. I had been unable to do some very basic daily activities-but am so thrilled that I now have many relatively pain free days and am able to do more than I have been able to do in years. You have really made a tremendous impact in my health and I am very appreciative.

Martha has practically given me super powers to fight off allergies and upper respiratory infections! It’s a real life changer for me since I’ve always had multiple illnesses every year for as long as I can remember and I’m now in my 60’s. I see Martha twice a month to work on stress, allergies and sinus issues and to support my immune system. . I used to catch everything! Now I rarely get sick. I’ve been seeing Martha for several years now; this has been a wise investment. I don’t lose money by staying home sick or spending it on medical care and pharmaceuticals. In fact I had my annual physical this afternoon and my doctor congratulated me on being the healthiest person she had seen all day. Usually you hear “no pain, no gain” but I get all of these benefits from a treatment that is like a mini-vacation. I relax while the needles do their work with an eye pillow, music and a cozy blanket. I leave Martha’s office feeling euphoric!

It’s pretty hard to put into words how it feels when the debilitating headaches that I had come to live with as “normal” are gone. I had been to more than one doctor, been put through every test known to man, with NO results at all. The headaches remained and grew worse until I was experiencing them 3-4 days a week. They crept in during my sleep and would wake me in the wee hours, eliminating all possibility of sleep, and leaving me sleep deprived every week. I couldn’t think clearly and life had become worse than dull. I feared going to bed, knowing that the chances of being awakened with a terrible headache were 50/50.

After only a handful of visits to you my headaches are gone; sinuses clear and I am feeling joy for the first time in a VERY long time. The joy of having no pain, of having enough rest; what a gift. Thank you
